Potential suppliers of Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC who have encountered a violation of the procurement rules have the right to appeal against actions or inactions, decisions of the customer by contacting the Centralized Procurement Control Service (CSPC) of NMH Holding Baiterek JSC in the manner and within the time limits established article 16 of the Law "On Procurement of Individual Subjects of the Quasi-Public Sector".

It should be noted that when a complaint is filed within the established time limits, the conclusion of the procurement contract is suspended by the Center for Control and Prevention until the end of the complaint consideration period. Upon confirmation of the facts indicated in the complaint, CDC will take the appropriate measures established by the Law, up to the cancellation of the procurement results.
